How do I receive my Go Anywhere Gift Card?
When you are purchasing your Go Anywhere Gift Card, you have the option of receiving the Card by post or an e-Card via email. You can also choose whether the Card is emailed or posted directly to you or to somebody else. Gift Cards delivered by post are contained within a pretty Gift Card carrier.
How long does it take to receive my Go Anywhere Gift Card by post?
Please allow 5-7 working days for delivery of your Go Anywhere Gift Card within the Republic of Ireland. Outside of Ireland, please allow 7-10 working days.
How do I redeem my Go Anywhere Gift Card?
Our new Gift Card now allows you to avail of all the best packages available. To redeem a gift card, simply choose from one of the partner hotels, phone the hotel or make a booking on their website. When you arrive at the hotel present your gift card at reception. Where possible please notify the hotel in advance of your stay that you intend to use a Go Anywhere Gift Card. Please Note: A credit/debit card may be required to secure the booking with the hotel.
Note: For security reasons, Gift Cards are not available to redeem within the first 5 days following purchase.
Can I make my hotel booking with 3rd Party websites, like Booking.com / Expedia / Hotels.com (or similar) and pay using a Go Anywhere Gift Card?
No, Gift Cards cannot be used in conjunction with any 3rd party booking websites. Only hotels found on Irelandhotels.com and booked with directly will accept the gift card as a form of payment.
Can I pay for all packages with a Go Anywhere Gift Card?
Certain packages, that require payment in advance of your arrival, cannot be paid for with a Go Anywhere Gift Card
Can I use the balance on my Gift Card at the hotel or guesthouse to purchase e.g. dinner, lunch, spa etc?
Yes. Our new Go Anywhere Gift Card will allow you to make purchases at the hotel. Please note some independent facilities such as certain Restaurants, Spa, Gym, Shop, Barbers, Hairdressers may not be in a position to accept payment with our Gift Card. Please advise hotel if you wish to use the card for other amenities - guests may need to charge purchases to their room and pay with Gift Card on check-out.

Yes, your Go Anywhere Gift Card may be used multiple times provided there is remaining credit on your Gift Card after you use it.
Do Go Anywhere Gift Cards lose value over time?
Go Anywhere Gift Card only reduce in value when a hotel has been booked.
Do Go Anywhere Gift Cards expire?
From November 29th, 2019, Go Anywhere Gift Cards will expire after 5 years from date of purchase. If your card was purchased prior to this and has expired with a value left on the card, please contact email@example.com
