How do I receive my Gift Card?
When you are purchasing your Gift Card, you have the option of receiving the Card by post or an e-Card via email. You can also choose whether the Card is emailed or posted directly to you or to somebody else. Gift Cards delivered by post are contained within a pretty Gift Card carrier.

How long does it take to receive my Gift Card by post?
Please allow 5-7 working days for delivery of your Gift Card within the Republic of Ireland. Outside of Ireland, please allow 7-10 working days.

How do I redeem my Gift Card?
Our new Gift Card now allows you to avail of all the best packages avail. To redeem a gift card, simple choose from one of the partner hotels, phone the hotel or make a booking on their website. When you arrive at the hotel present your gift card at reception. Where possible please notify the hotel in advance of your stay that you intent to use an Gift card. Please Note: A credit/debit card may be required to secure the booking with the hotel.

Note: For security reasons, Gift Cards are not available to redeem within the first 5 days following purchase.

Can I make my hotel booking with 3rd Party websites, like / Expedia / (or similar) and pay using a gift card?
No, Gift Cards cannot be used in conjunction with any 3rd party booking websites. Only hotels found on and booked with directly will accept the gift card as a form of payment.

Can I pay for all packages with an Gift Card?
Certain packages, that require payment in advance of your arrival, cannot be paid for with an Gift Card

Can I use the balance on my Gift Card at the hotel or guesthouse to purchase e.g. dinner, lunch, spa etc?
Yes. Our new Gift Card will allow you to make purchases at the hotel. Please note some independent facilities such as certain Restaurants, Spa, Gym, Shop, Barbers, Hairdressers may not be in a position to accept payment with our Gift Card. Please advise hotel if you wish to use the card for other amenities - guests may need to charge purchases to their room and pay with Gift Card on check-out.

Can the Gift Card be used more than once?
Yes, your Gift Card may be used multiple times provided there is remaining credit on your Gift Card after you use it.

Do Gift Cards lose value over time? gift card only reduce in value when a hotel has been booked.

Do Gift Cards expiry?
From November 29th, 2019, gift cards will expire after 5 years from date of purchase. If you card was purchased prior to this and has expired with a value left on the card, please contact
